Do I need to sign a contract?
No, Dr. DooDoo can start and stop your service over the

phone. There is no minimum service period.
How do I start my service?
You must speak to someone on the phone in order to receive

service.  We do not accept emails for service, however we do

    answer questions and concerns.
Do I have to be home during the service visits?
No, this service was designed with your convenience in mind.

We only need access to your yard.
What days of the week do you offer service?
Monday to Friday (Saturdays are rain days).
When do I pay?
All services are paid in advance. Invoices are dropped off at

your door and payment is due by the last Friday of the month.
How do I pay Dr. DooDoo?
We gladly accept either cash, cheque (post-dated), and

coming soon Visa, Master Card and American Express.
What happens if I can not pay on time?
Unless prior arrangements are made, service is suspended.

After the 1st of the month if your payment is not yet received

a $5 late fee is assessed.
Can I get a refund if I cancel service?
You will not be charged for a skipped service visit if you call 48

hours in advance. If you choose to skip several service visits,

please let us know so we can put a hold on your account. You

will not be charged for those days.
Does Dr. DooDoo work through the winter?
Yes we do as of January 1, 2006.
Does Dr. DooDoo work regardless of bad weather?
Yes, we work through bad weather unless it is severe, in which

case we will be out the following morning. Dr. DooDoo now

works through the winter, 52 weeks of the year. During the

winter, we will try to be out before the snow falls, otherwise

we will be out on your scheduled day.
Does Dr. DooDoo work during the Holidays?
We do not work on the following days:
New Years Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, May 22nd,  Canada

Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas

    Day and Boxing Day.
Why not just let it disintegrate?
Dog feces is protein based and is therefore poisonous to

lawns. Also, it can take more than one year to break down.

More importantly, it can pose a health hazard to both humans

and pets (see Medical tab for more information about health

    hazards).
Why should I hire Dr. DooDoo to clean my yard?
It is time consuming, and no one really wants to do it.

Besides, you have better things to do with your time, like

relaxing and enjoying your leisure time with your dog(s). So,

let us handle your dog’s DooDoo and take it away.
Does Dr. DooDoo charge extra for a first time cleaning?
Yes we do. The charge is the same for everyone - $45. No

matter how big or small your yard is.
Is it possible to get a one time only service?
Yes, one time only or spring clean up services may be easily

arranged, but we encourage you to subscribe to one of our

    weekly packages for your convenience.
How often will Dr. DooDoo visit my home?
Most customers prefer service once a week, although we do

offer other service packages from once a week right up to five

    days a week.
Should I unlock my gate on the day of my scheduled visit?
Yes, we do not climb or jump over fences, so please have your

gate unlocked on the day of your scheduled visit. If your gate

is locked when we come to do the work, you will still be

charged for the visit. You will be charged an additional $15 trip

charge. You can provide us with a key or lock combination if

    that is more convenient.
Can Dr. DooDoo work with my dog in the yard?
We usually get along well with dogs, so in most cases this is

not a problem. There are some cases when a dog will not let

us into the yard.  If you know that your dog is wary of

strangers, or if it becomes apparent that your dog will not

allow us to clean the yard, then we would ask that you restrain

or confine the dog. We do not want to take any unnecessary

risks with your dog or our staff. If your dog will not allow us

to clean the yard when we come to do the work, you will still

    be charged for the visit.
Where do you clean?
Wherever your dog(s) go. We clean dog runs, concrete areas,

wood decks, gardens, play areas (residential & commercial).

We can usually scoop the DooDoo from most gardens and play

areas. This will be arranged in the initial call.
How does Dr. DooDoo dispose of the waste?
We bag the DooDoo and dispose of it in compliance with all

local rules and regulations so you never have to see or smell it

    again.
What do you mean by 100% Customer Satisfaction?
We promise that you will be happy with our service or you will

receive one week free. We know our business depends on

doing excellent work. If there is ever an occasion when our

work is not completely satisfactory, please let us know

immediately. We will make it right, either by coming back to

re-clean the yard, or by crediting your account so you will not

    be charged.
